These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the xxjl platform. Please read them carefully before registering or placing any bets. By using xxjl, you agree to be bound by these terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xxjl login credentials. xxjl will never ask for your password via any channel. Any activity conducted using your credentials is your legal responsibility unless you have reported a compromise to xxjl support.

xxjl reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide adequate proof within a reasonable period specified by xxjl shall entitle xxjl to suspend or permanently close the relevant account.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and undertake to update your account details promptly should any information change.
Each person may hold only one (1) xxjl account. If xxjl determines — through any means including device fingerprinting, mobile number matching, IP address analysis, payment method cross-reference, or KYC document review — that a single individual holds or has attempted to hold multiple accounts, xxjl may close all associated accounts and permanently bar the individual from re-registering on the Platform. xxjl is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. You agree to provide, upon request: a government-issued Philippine ID (SSS, PhilHealth, UMID, Passport, or Driver's License); a photograph of yourself (selfie) for facial verification; and proof of ownership of your registered payment method(s). xxjl may request updated documentation at any time and may delay or suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your xxjl login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. You must not disclose your password to any third party under any circumstances. xxjl will never ask for your password through any communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account using your correct credentials is your responsibility. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify xxjl support immediately.
xxjl currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, USDT (TRC20 network), and Coins.ph. Supported payment methods are subject to change without prior notice. The current list of accepted methods is displayed in the xxjl Cashier section at the time of your transaction.
All funds must be deposited from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the depositing account holder does not match the xxjl account holder — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and funds being returned to the source. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. Deposits are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).
Withdrawals may only be made to payment methods verified as belonging to the account holder. xxjl imposes no platform fee on standard withdrawals; however, your payment provider may charge transaction or service fees for which xxjl bears no responsibility. Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. xxjl reserves the right to delay withdrawal processing pending fraud prevention checks, AML verification, or bonus wagering requirement confirmation.
The xxjl Platform operates in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) as its primary currency. Any currency conversion that may occur during e-wallet or bank transactions is the sole responsibility of the player's payment provider.
xxjl operates in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations. xxjl reserves the right to freeze, investigate, and report to relevant authorities any transactions that appear to be inconsistent with normal gaming activity, that involve funds from suspicious sources, or that exhibit patterns consistent with money laundering, structuring, or other financial crimes. Players found to be using the xxjl Platform for money laundering purposes will be permanently banned and reported to relevant Philippine authorities.
All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional rewards offered by xxjl are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page. These Terms form the general framework within which all individual promotion terms operate. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms prevail with respect to that promotion.
Most xxjl bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before bonus funds or associated winnings can be converted to withdrawable real-money balances. The following activities constitute bonus abuse and are strictly prohibited on xxjl:
xxjl reserves the right to cancel any bonus, reverse associated winnings, and suspend or close the account of any player engaged in bonus abuse without prior notice.
xxjl reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions may be withdrawn at any time before a player has opted in. Once a player has opted in and commenced wagering under a promotion's stated terms, those terms will be honoured for that player's current session unless fraud or abuse is detected.
Each game available on the xxjl Platform is governed by its own set of rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to abide by those rules. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game, the outcome recorded in xxjl's server logs shall be considered definitive.
xxjl is not liable for losses arising from player-side internet disconnections, device failures, or browser issues. In the event of a platform-side technical failure that prevents game completion, the affected hand, round, or bet will be cancelled and the corresponding stake returned to the player's balance. Disputes regarding technical issues must be submitted to xxjl support within seven (7) days of the incident.
Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface and on the relevant game information page. xxjl reserves the right to adjust bet limits on any game at any time. Players who consistently wager at or near maximum limits may, at xxjl's discretion, have individual bet limits reduced.
In the event of a software or hardware malfunction that results in an incorrect game outcome, xxjl reserves the right to void the affected bet or bets and refund the corresponding stakes. You agree that you will not engage in any of the following activities on or in connection with the xxjl Platform:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the xxjl Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, copy, or distribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer any software component of the Platform; use xxjl's trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on any xxjl content.

By registering on xxjl, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that document. xxjl collects data including your name, contact details, date of birth, government ID information, payment details, and gaming activity records for purposes including account administration, KYC compliance, AML monitoring, fraud prevention, and responsible gaming.

xxjl may permanently close your account, with or without notice, in cases including but not limited to: confirmed breach of these Terms; provision of false information during registration or KYC; confirmed bonus abuse; confirmed use of automated betting software; confirmed collusion or match-fixing; or any activity that subjects xxjl to legal, regulatory, or reputational risk.
You may request closure of your xxjl account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat. Following closure, any remaining balance after deduction of pending withdrawals, active bonuses, and any amounts xxjl is entitled to retain under these Terms will be returned to your verified withdrawal method within 10 business days.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, xxjl's aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of real-money deposits you have made to your xxjl account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
xxjl shall not be liable for: any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity; any indirect, special, or consequential losses; losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials; losses arising from interruptions to internet connectivity or device failures on your end; or any losses that arise from your voluntary participation in real-money gambling activities on the Platform.
xxjl does not warrant that the Platform will be available continuously and without interruption. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, server failures, and force majeure events may temporarily affect access to xxjl services. xxjl will use commercially reasonable efforts to minimise such interruptions and will provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance where practicable.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
In the event of a dispute between you and xxjl, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through xxjl's internal complaints process by contacting [email protected] with full details of the dispute. xxjl will acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and aims to resolve disputes within 14 business days of acknowledgement.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits xxjl's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
xxjl reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, xxjl will provide reasonable notice through one or more of the following methods: a notice on the xxjl homepage; a notification within your logged-in account dashboard; or an email to your registered address.
Your continued use of the xxjl Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.3 above.
